Joshua is a Peruvian-American storyteller originally from Los Angeles, now based in New York.
His screenplays and films have competed in festivals and contests across the country, earning nominations for Best Screenplay and Best Student Film.
Specializing in Manga and Spanish Language Literature, he is currently freelancing in the literary and publishing industry. Recently, he has worked for companies such as Yen Press and Barnes & Noble.
Background
Inspired by Latin American boom authors, Italian neorealism, and Japanese role playing games, Joshua utilizes narrative work as a humanistic bridge toward shared understanding and healing the world in the combined spirit of tikkun olam and a shonen protagonist.
